Indoor Sports Teams and Leagues for Youth in Boise

I have an 8 year old boy and I am desperate to get him started in some kind of team sports. I know I am a little late in the game – pun intended – I would love to have had him start a couple of years ago but between a move, covid, and a custody battle it got put on the back burner. Go figure, we couldn’t get it together when outdoors games and practice is enjoyed in glorious warm sunshine but no, we have to figure out how to get things…

Teams are not permitted to sign free agents, or to trade players who are part of the union during the work stoppage. (Minor-league players can still be traded.) It could be some time, then, until the fates of Carlos Correa, Freddie Freeman, and the other top remaining free agents are revealed — to say nothing of the players, like Matt Olson and Sonny Gray, who could be traded before spring training. While we wait for the return of the hot stove, we figured…
