    Nick Sirianni Talks Villanova Basketball, Andre Dillard, and Denver’s Thin Air

    Nick Sirianni knocked reporters off balance a bit when he began his Friday news conference by saying, “big game tonight, huh?” For a brief moment, the thought was, did he get confused and think it was Thursday when Pitt and Kenny Pickett hosted North Carolina and Sam Howell? That was the one his boss, general manager Howie Roseman, attended. When asked what he was referring to, Sirianni said “Villanova-UCLA.” Yes, college basketball has begun dribbling toward March and the Wildcats and Bruins will play Friday night at 11:30.     Bally Sports Midwest to Air 10 Men’s Basketball Games

LOUIS – Saint Louis University and Bally Sports Midwest announced today that 10 Billiken men’s basketball games will be carried on the network during the 2021-22 season.   The package includes eight home games and two Atlantic 10 Conference road tilts. Dan McLaughlin, who for more than 20 seasons has called St. Louis Cardinals games for Bally Sports Midwest, will serve as the primary play-by-play voice for a sixth year in a row.
